The Financial Statements Report provides a high level overview of your portfolio's performance and position for a specified period of time. It shows your Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows for the relevant reporting period.
Generate the Financial Statements Report
To generate your Financial Statements:
- Select the period you want to report for (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, 6 Monthly, or Annual).
- Select whether you want to report on All Agreements, or only those with a particular Asset Class.
- Select whether you want to report on All Types of Agreements, or only those of a particular type.
- Record the Start Date and End Date you want to run your report for.
- Click “Generate”.

This will produce the Financial Statements for your whole Organisation, unless filtered by Asset Class or Agreement Type. If you have multiple currencies in use within your Organisation, the output will be categorised by currency. Make sure to check the Report Logs to see whether any Agreements have

Short Term and Low Value Agreements will still appear on your Financial Statements. Only Agreements that are Inactive, or not set up for IFRS 16 Reporting, will be excluded from this report. To view a Financial Statements report that does not include Short Term and Low Value Agreements, check out the Financial Statements Report in OneLease and filter it to view only Non-Exempt Agreements.
Filter the Financial Statements Report
You can filter the report to just display information for specific Agreement(s). Enter the Agreement ID or name to search for one specific Agreement. You can use a keyword to search for, and filter the report for, multiple Agreements that fit the specified naming criteria. Make sure to click “Add”. Click “Remove” to remove an Agreement from the filter.

Export the Financial Statements Reports
You can export the Financial Statement Report as a CSV file by clicking “Export/Save”. You can also download the Report Logs as a CSV file.
