When you generate any of our IFRS 16 Financial Reports in OneLease, it's always useful to check the reporting Logs. The Logs will show you which of your Agreements have successfully pulled through to the report you've generated, and for any Agreements that don't show up - the reason why.
Checking the Logs
To view the reporting Logs, generate one of our IFRS 16 Reports in OneLease and click “Logs”.

The list will show all Agreements in your Organisation, showing the Agreement ID and Agreement Name displayed. The list will be ordered by Status. The Status options are:
- Fail: the Agreement has not been included in the Report due to an error.
- Excluded: the Agreement has not been included in the Report because it is either not set up for IFRS 16 reporting, or is inactive.
- Pass: the Agreement has been included in the Report.
For Agreements showing the status “Fail” or “Excluded”, you will see a Message detailing the reason. You can search for a specific Agreement in the Logs using the “Search Log Results” bar.

What are Error Logs?
In the Logs, if an Agreement displays “Fail” in the Status column, it means that the Agreement information has not been included in the report output due to an error. In the Message column, you'll see what that error is.

In the above example, a Data Issue has triggered the error, specifically caused by the payment mode being set to “other/unknown”. To make sure this Agreement can be included in the report output correctly, the payment mode needs to be fixed.
Sometimes it might be a bit tricky to work out what an error message means and how to fix it. You can check out this article to see some of the common error messages and how to resolve them. If you still can't resolve the error, or see a different error message than the ones in the article, please email us at support@nomosone.com and we'll be happy to help you out.
Alternatively, if an Agreement displays “Excluded” in the Status column, it means that the Agreement is not set up to be included in the IFRS 16 reports. In the Message column, you'll see either “No IFRS Settings found for the Agreement”, meaning the Initial IFRS Questionnaire has not been completed, or “Inactive Agreement”, meaning that the Agreement status has been set to “Inactive”.

What's different about the OneLease Logs functionality?
Besides the fresh layout, there's a couple of extra changes to be aware of when using Logs:
- Logs come with a classification to make it easier for you to determine what kind of issue you're dealing with. You'll see "Data issue" or "Processing issue" before the log description. “Data issue” means there's a data entry issue and “Processing issue” means there's an engine generation issue.
- You can now filter the Logs based on the Status.
- The Logs will now include all Agreements, including those that are “Excluded” due to being inactive or the Initial IFRS Questionnaire being incomplete.
- The ability to export logs is currently unavailable.
