If you have multiple currencies applied to Agreements in your Organisation, you can view the Disclosure and Financial Statements reports based on currency. This article will show where you can find the different currencies in reports.

Disclosure Report

To view different currencies in the Disclosure Report:

1. Run the Disclosure Report.
2. Once you've generated the Disclosure Report, you'll see Report headings separated by currency. Click on the currency you would like to view by selecting its respective heading.

The Disclosure Report output values will be separated based on currency, rather than displaying a total amount for all currencies.

Financial Statements Report

To view different currencies in the Financial Statements Report:

1. Run the Financial Statements Report.
2. Once you've generated the Financial Statements Report, you'll see Report headings separated by currency. Click on the currency you would like to view by selecting its respective heading.

The Financial Statements Report output values will be separated based on currency, rather than displaying a total amount for all currencies.

What about the Journal and Agreement Balances Reports? 

Due to the nature of these Reports, different tabs for different currencies are not available. You can use the Filter Groups feature to filter only for Agreements with a particular currency.
