The Financial Statements Report provides a high level overview of your portfolio's performance and position for a specified period of time. It shows your Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows for whichever period you generate the report.

Generating the Financial Statements Report

To generate your Financial Statements:

  1. Select the period you want to report for (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, 6 Monthly, or Annual)
  2. Select whether you want to report on All Agreements, or only those fitting within a particular Asset Class
  3. Select whether you want to report on All Types of Agreements, or only those of a particular type
  4. Record the Start Date and End Date you want to run your report for
  5. Click Generate

This will produce the Financial Statements for your whole Organisation. It will be categorised by currency and ordered by total number of Agreements.

Short Term and Low-Value Agreements will still appear on your Financial Statements. Only Agreements that are Inactive, or not included in your IFRS Reporting, will be excluded from this report.

Filtering your Financial Statements Report

You can filter your Financial Statements by Name / Known As / Agreement ID so that your report only generates for Agreements that match this filter.

You can apply more than one filter to your report by searching for a new Name / Known As / Agreement ID, then click ADD. If you want to remove a filter, simply click REMOVE beside the filter you don't want applied.

Exporting your Financial Statements Reports
