This article describes the known issues or limitations you may experience when using the OneLease Reports. These known issues are in the process of being addressed and will be updated as soon as possible.

Limitations

All Reports

• There is no option to filter the reports based on GL Template.
• There is no option to filter the reports based on a keyword (e.g., entering “office” to include all Agreements with “office” in the name).
• Reports cannot be filtered by multiple criteria at once (e.g., including multiple but not all Asset Classes in the report filter).
• There is no option to export the Report Logs.
• There may be inconsistencies between the Report Logs between reports.
• Report outputs will be limited to 1000 rows within the browser. To view the full output, the report must be downloaded.

Interest Rates Summary Report

• The interest rate is displayed as a rounded decimal, rather than the exact percentage entered.

Disclosure Report

• The report can only be downloaded in full, rather than in the individual sections.

Known Issues

All Reports

• There may be inconsistencies in the Report Logs between the different reports.

Financial Statements Report

• Accumulated Depreciation may be understated if the end date of the Agreement falls on the end date of the reporting period.
