We've compiled some of the frequently asked questions about OneLease. Have a question that isn't here? Send us an email to support@nomosone.com and we'll be able to answer it for you.
Q: Do the IFRS 16 Reports in OneLease use different calculations from those in Nomos One?
No, the calculation engine remains the same between the platforms. The User Interface is the only difference.
Q: Can I compare Legacy Engine IFRS 16 Reports with the IFRS 16 Reports in OneLease?
No, as the IFRS 16 Reports in OneLease run from the New Engine calculations.
Q: Can I have both the Nomos One application and OneLease running reports at the same time?
Yes, you can. OneLease will open as a new tab in your browser, allowing you to have both applications open.
Q: If I have Support questions and/or feedback, where do I go?
We are here to support you while you use OneLease. We have articles available in our Knowledge Base. Further, you can send your questions/feedback directly to our Support team by emailing support@nomosone.com.
Q: Do I need to give feedback?
No, giving feedback is voluntary. Feedback would be beneficial to Nomos One, but also to you as it means you can shape the future of the platform. We would love to hear from you!
Q: How much time will it take to give feedback?
How long it takes is up to you. It could be a couple of minutes, or longer, depending on how much detail you want to provide.
Q: What happens if I identify something that is not working as expected?
Contact our Support Team. They can investigate what could be causing the functionality to not behave as expected.
Q: Will the OneLease Reports and functionality replace the existing versions of the IFRS 16 Reports?
Eventually, yes. Customers will be given ample notice of any changes to the established functionality of Nomos One.
