A Beta Program is an invite-only program where we make upcoming features available to gather feedback to help shape the product as it develops. We will be releasing several iterations of the Beta Program in the future.

No, we will be releasing many features and updates in the coming months, which means new opportunities to get on-board at every step of the way.

Q: What is Open Beta?

After a thorough process of discovery, planning, internal testing, and testing with a closed beta group, we'll release the features and functionality previously released to the Beta Program members to all users of Nomos One to test (Open Beta). 

The first iteration of OneLease (Beta), previously limited to members of the Beta Program, has now been released to Open Beta. You can read more about this here.

Q: If I have Support questions and feedback, where do I go?

We are here to support you in the Beta Program. We have articles available in our Knowledge Base for products and features released under the Beta Program. Further, you can send your questions/feedback directly to our Support team: support@nomosone.com.

Q: Do I need to give feedback?

No, giving feedback is voluntary. Feedback would be beneficial to Nomos One but also to you in the future as it would make the products, features, and functionality released under the Beta Program more effective. We would love to hear from you!

Q: How much time will it take to give feedback?

How long it takes is up to you. It could be 5 minutes, or it could be longer, depending on how much you want to review the changes.

Q: What happens if I identify an action that is not working as expected?
