Property Fields

Our contractual reports are customisable. Use this Article to configure the best Report to run to extract your required data fields.

Field Description Reports
Property Name The name you gave the property if you edited the address
Property Known As The Known As (name) you gave your property 
Property ID The unique ID number assigned to your property
Property Type The selection you made for Property Type, e.g., Individual
Internal Reference The internal reference for the property, if recorded
Property Hierarchy If the property is part of a hierarchy, this field will display the properties it is below in the hierarchy
Full Address The complete Property Address
Short Name The Property Known As and the internal reference
Number The number in the street address
City The city the property is in
State The state the property is in
Country The country the property is in
Postcode The postcode of your address
Rentable Area The net floor space under the tenant's control. This number is displayed in metres squared
Longitude  The property's distance to the west or east of a line passing through Greenwich
Latitude The property's distance from the equator
Average Rent/m2 The total rent divided by the total metres squared
Top Level If the property is in a hierarchy, this field will populate with either Top Level, meaning it is the head of the hierarchy, or Child, if not
WALT (by rent) Weighted average lease term by rent. Weighted average remaining contract lease term for all tenants at a property
WALE (by rent) Weighted average lease expiry by rent. Sum the remaining lease terms of all leases within a property or portfolio, weighted by the rental income each lease generates
WALT (by area) Weighted average lease term by area. Weighted average remaining contract lease term for all tenants at a property
WALE (by area) Weighted average lease expiry by rent. Sum the remaining lease terms of all leases within a property or portfolio, weighted by the rental income each lease generates
