Entities Fields
Our contractual reports are customisable. Use this Article to configure the best Report to run to extract your required data fields.
| Field | Description | Report |

| Name | The Name of the Entity | |
| Entity ID | The unique ID number assigned to the Entity | |
| Type | The type of Entity you selected when creating the Entity, e.g., Company | |
| Sort Name | Sort Name column presents the Entity name in a way that puts the most important information first | |
| Title | If the Entity is an Individual, this will show the individuals title, e.g., Mr | |
| First Name | If the Entity is an individual, this will display their First Name. If the Entity is a Trust or Company, the Full Name will be displayed | |
| Middle Names | If the Entity is an individual, this will display their Middle Names. If the Entity is a Trust or Company, the field will remain blank | |
| Last Name | If the Entity is an individual, this will display their Last Name. If the Entity is a Trust or Company, the field will remain blank | |
| Contact person | The Contact Person assigned to the Entity | |
| P.O Box | The P.O. Box assigned to the Contact Person | |
| Address | The address assigned to the Contact Person | |
| City | The City assigned to the Contact Person | |
| State | The State assigned to the Contact Person | |
| Postcode | The Postcode assigned to the Contact Person | |
| Country | The Country assigned to the Contact Person | |

| Phone | The Phone number assigned to the Contact Person | |
| Mobile | The Mobile Number assigned to the Contact Person | |
| Fax | The Fax Number assigned to the Contact Person | |
| Website | The Website assigned to the Entity | |
| Added Date | The date this Entity was added into the Nomos One system | |
| Agreements | The total number of Agreements related to the Entity | |
| Active Agreements | The number of Agreements related to the entity which are Active | |
| Inactive Agreements | The number of Agreements related to the entity which are Inactive | |
| Company/Business Number | The globally unique identifier for your Company. If the Entity is not a Company, this field will be blank | |
| File Owner | The Organisation that the Entity was created within | |
| Firm Internal Reference | This field does not function |
