How long it takes is up to you. It could be 5 mins, or it could be longer, depending on how much you want to review the changes.

Q: Will the OneLease (Beta) Reports and functionality replace the existing versions of the IFRS 16 Reports?

Eventually yes, but not necessarily in the form they are currently in.

The goal of the Beta Program and releasing OneLease to Open Beta is to make certain features and functionality we've developed available to gather feedback from our customers on their use and experience of these Beta products. Following a process of review and validation of the overall feedback from all customers on these releases, we'll shape the next iteration of the product. It's our ultimate goal to keep improving our customers experiences via a continuous discovery and development work cycle. This means that the features and functionality which will eventually come to replace what's currently available in the Nomos One application might be different from what's released under the first or subsequent iterations of OneLease (Beta).

Q: When are the old reports disappearing?

Right now we don't have a definitive timeframe of when this will happen, as it's all dependent on the feedback we receive from our customers. It won't be anytime soon, but we'll let you know well in advance when this is happening.
