The OneLease (Beta) Reports are hosted by a different application accessible from our existing Nomos One platform. In this article, we're showing you how you can access them.

Some important things to note when accessing the OneLease (Beta) Reports...
There are a few important things we need you to be aware of when accessing the OneLease (Beta) Reports, especially if you have multiple Organisations in Nomos One:

  • Please don't bookmark the OneLease (Beta) Reporting application in your browser. To access the OneLease (Beta) Reports, you must always select the Preview Reporting button, shown at step 3 in the guidance below
  • The OneLease (Beta) Reporting Program is tied to the Organisation you originally accessed the OneLease (Beta) Reports from, so if you change Organisation in your regular Nomos One application, the OneLease (Beta) Reports won't automatically update to pull the other Organisation Data
  • If you want to run the OneLease (Beta) Reports for a different Organisation, you can use the Organisation Selector to switch between the Organisations you have access to
  • If you use SSO to log into Nomos One, you won't be able to access OneLease (Beta)
  • If you're having any trouble, or have run into an issue accessing the OneLease (Beta) Reports, please reach out to our Support Team who will be able to help you.

Accessing the OneLease (Beta) Reports

To access the OneLease (Beta) Reports:

  1. Log in to Nomos One and navigate to your Organisation

  1. Click on Reports

  1. Select the Preview Reporting Button

  1. This will open a second window in your browser, displaying the OneLease (Beta) Reports, which can be run concurrently with the regular Nomos One application in your other window. If you have not accessed OneLease (Beta) before, you will be prompted to log in

If you don't see the Reports, click your initials in the bottom left corner of the page and log out. Log back in with your credentials, and the Reports should be available. If the issue persists, get in touch with us at support@nomosone.com.

If this is your first time logging in, and you have access to more than one Organisation in Nomos One, you will be prompted to pick which Organisation you want to view data for in OneLease (Beta). Simply choose the desired Organisation from the drop-down menu, and click “Pick Organisation” to be directed to the Reporting page. This also applies if you have recently cleared your browser's cache.

  1. In the Reporting tab, under Standard Reports, click on the name of the Financial Report you want to run, e.g. Financial Statements Report

Not seeing the Preview Reporting button? Take a screenshot of your screen and send it through to us at support@nomosone.com and we'll be able to investigate this for you.
