If you have access to more than one organisation, you can use the Organisation Selector to switch between them in OneLease (Beta). This article includes the steps on how to use this feature.

From within OneLease (Beta)

If you don't see the Organisation Selector in OneLease, hit CTRL + R on your keyboard or click the Refresh/Reload icon in your browser to perform a refresh, which should prompt the Organisation Selector to show. If you're still unable to see the Organisation Selector, please reach out to support@nomosone.com

  1. From any page in OneLease (Beta), click your initials in the bottom left hand corner to open the User Menu
  1. Select the Organisation you'd like to access from the list

If you have more than 4 Organisations, click 'Pick Another Organisation' and use the drop down menu to view them all or use the search function.

  1. You'll then be taken back to the Reporting page where you can confirm the Organisation you're accessing on the left hand side of your page

The Agreements which show in your Reports will be updated to include those in your selected Organisation.

Please Note: Next time you log into OneLease (Beta), you'll be taken to the last Organisation you accessed in OneLease (Beta). You may need to switch between Organisations before you start running your Reports.

When logging in to OneLease (Beta)

If you have not logged into OneLease (Beta) before, or if you have recently cleared your browser's cache, you will be prompted to choose an Organisation before you can access the Reporting page.

Simply choose the Organisation you'd like to access from the list, then click “Pick Organisation”. You will then be taken to the Reporting page for that Organisation.
