The Interest Rates Summary Report in OneLease (Beta) is a new report which gives you information about Interest Rates applied to your Agreements. In this Report you'll see the Interest Rate that was applied at the Commencement or Transition Date of your Agreements, the current Interest Rate, and the rate immediately preceding your current Interest Rate.
Generating your Interest Rates Summary Report in OneLease (Beta)
To generate your Interest Rates Summary Report:
- Select whether you want to report on All Agreements, or filter your report using Selected Agreements or Filter Groups
- Use the Column Builder tool to customise the columns that you want to see on your report
- Click Run Report
Is your report taking a while to load? You can click on the Email me button while your Report is loading and we'll send you an email when your report is ready to go!
Once your Interest Rates Summary Report has generated, you'll see a summary of up to three different Interest Rates for each of your Agreements:
Customising the columns on your report using the Column Builder

Currently, the Interest Rates Summary Report has the six default columns available to customise. If you have any suggestions of what else you'd like to see here, let us know!
Checking the Reporting Logs
Remember to check your report's Logs. The Logs will show you if there are any errors which may have prevented any of your Agreements from displaying in the report you've generated.

Downloading your Interest Rates Summary Report
- Click the Download button at the top of your report
- Select the Format you'd like to download the report into, either CSV or Excel(.xlsx)
- Click Download CSV or Download Excel (depending on the Format you've selected)
Your downloaded report will be ready to open!
Saving a Preset of your Interest Rates Summary Report
