If you'd prefer to run these lessons with a trainer, we can organise some live training sessions with you over Microsoft Teams. Our live training covers the same content as the on-demand videos but is set up as two sessions covering:

  • An Introduction to Nomos One + Portfolio Maintenance and Contractual Reporting (90 minutes)
  • IFRS 16 Set-up and Reporting (90 minutes)

Q: Is there a cost for training?

There are no additional costs associated with our training sessions.

Q: Can we have a session that is more targeted for our needs?

Of course, if you're after something more specific or tailored, we can schedule a session to cover whatever you need to get you feeling confident using Nomos One. Reach out to our Support team to organise this for you.

Q: How is training conducted?

We conduct our training session via webinars using Microsoft Teams however, if you prefer to use another software let us know, we're pretty flexible!

Our Customer Education Team is available between 9.00AM-5.30PM NZT, Mondays-Fridays. If you reach out letting us know your time and date preference we will do our best to match you up with a trainer that is available at that time.

If these time slots don't work for you due to time zone differences, please let our team know and we will do our best to make alternative arrangements so you don't miss out.

Q: Are the training sessions recorded?

At your request, we can record the training sessions if someone else needs it or simply as an aid for you to refer back to at a later date. We require your permission to record training sessions. In accordance with our policy, we delete all recordings after one month.

Q: Do you offer on-site training?

If you're interested in on-site training, you can reach out to our Support team for more information. There may be travel cost involved with this if travel is involved on our end.

Q: Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my training session?

For our standard training sessions, you can prepare some questions if there is something you want to find out from us. You can also check out our Knowledge Base prior to the session if you like.

For targeted sessions however, providing us with some key points beforehand about what you want to learn or get out of the sessions, would help our Customer Education Team prepare the necessary samples or scenarios for the session.

Q: Can training sessions be rescheduled?

Yes, just email our Support Team and we can arrange for a more suitable time.
