If you've forgotten or need to change your password in OneLease (Beta), you can do this following the instructions below:

  1. Go to the OneLease (Beta) login page and click Forgot password?

If you are already logged in to OneLease (Beta), click your initials in the bottom left corner of the screen and click Log Out to access the login page.

  1. Type in your email address in all lower case characters then click Continue

Please ensure you are typing your email in all lower case characters. If you type in your email and it contains an upper case character this will cause an error and you won't be able to reset your password.

E.g. firstlastname@example.com ✅ correct

E.g. FirstLastName@example.com ❌ incorrect

  1. You will be sent an email with a secure code. Copy that secure verification code
  2. Return to the OneLease (Beta) login page and enter the secure verification code. Enter the new password you want to use for your OneLease (Beta) login. Click Continue with Sign In

You will be redirected back to OneLease (Beta), and your new password has now been saved.

If you have reset your password in OneLease (Beta), you will also need to reset your password in Nomos One, as the update is not automatically reflected in Nomos One.
