In early 2025, we made our new Single Sign On (SSO) framework available to all customers. That means you can seamlessly access Nomos One, OneLease, and your enterprise tools without frequent logins.

What does this rollout mean for you?
If you don’t currently access Nomos One using an SSO connection, there will be some minor changes for you to ensure you can still easily access our products. There are three key things for you to note:
Firstly, you'll notice a new login page! This new page allows all users, regardless of whether their organisation uses SSO, to access the same login page.
Secondly, as part of the rollout, you'll need to reset your password. You can find instructions for this process in the next section of this article.
Thirdly, if your organisation requires whitelisting of domains, you will need to ensure that the new Nomos One login page is whitelisted to maintain your access to the platform. You can find more information about the domains that need to be whitelisted in this article.
How to Reset Your Password
- Access the Nomos One login page by navigating to nomosone.com, and clicking LOGIN in the top right corner.
- Enter the email you use to login to Nomos One and click Continue.
- Click the Forgot Password link.
- Click Continue.
- You will be sent an email with a unique code. If you cannot find the email in your regular inbox, make sure to check your spam folder.
- On the login page, enter the code you received in your email.
Please note: This code will expire an hour after you received the “forgot password” email. If you do not enter the code and your new password into the login page within an hour, you will need to begin the process again to receive a new unique code.
- Enter the password you want to use to sign into Nomos One. You will need to ensure the password includes all of the following:
- at least 12 characters
- at least 1 number from 0-9
- at least 1 special character, such as ! or $
- Click Log In.
- Once you have successfully changed your password, make sure to save it in a secure place.
You will now be able to use this password to login to Nomos One, using the new login screen!
Customers must immediately notify Nomos One of any unauthorised use of their password (or any of the Customer's Users' passwords), the Nomos One System or the Website, or any other breach of security, and the Customer must take all actions that Nomos One reasonably deems necessary. Customers are not to share their passwords with anyone.
Please note that Nomos One will never ask you to tell us your password details via phone, email, writing or in any other circumstances.
