The Documents page is where you can upload any files or documentation (as long as they are an approved type) you want to store against your Agreement. This page is divided into three sections: Event Documents, Agreement Documents, and Property Documents.
Event Documents
If you need to upload a document or file to one of the Agreement Events, please do this through the Event completion process on the Agreement Timeline. Attaching a document to an Event on this page can disrupt the Event workflow for IFRS 16 Reporting.
Agreement Documents
Agreement Documents is where you can upload any files or documents that relate to your Agreement as a whole, but not necessarily a specific Event e.g. general correspondence, insurance documentation, or bank guarantee certificates. There is no limit to the amount of files or documents that you can upload to Agreement Documents - we encourage you to upload them all and use Nomos One as your central repository!
To upload a document or file to Agreement Documents, you can either:
- Drag and drop your file into the upload box; or
- Click to upload a file from your device
The display name of the document will be the same name that you saved your file as on your device. Be sure to edit this on your device before you upload it!
Property Documents
Property Documents is where you can upload any files or documentation that relates directly to the property or asset under lease e.g. site plans/maps, certificates of title, or resource management consents
If you want to attach a document against the property you've created for your Agreement, click Upload beside the property structure you want to attach the file against.
You'll be taken to the Documents section of the Property pop-up box. You can either drag and drop, or click to upload your file against the property. Upon clicking Save you'll be returned to the Documents page of the Agreement Wizard.
What kind of files can be uploaded?
Only certain file types can be uploaded into the documents section on Nomos One. For a full list of all the approved file types and extensions, check out this article here.
