The User Audit Report is a report that displays changes in the users who have access to your Organisation in Nomos One. It can be run for a single Organisation, or multiple Organisations at once. This report can be a helpful resource to provide to auditors, or those who want to see a record of who has access to the system.
How to Run & Download the Report
The User Audit Report can be run from the Settings page of your Organisation. It is located in the tab titled “User Audit”. Please note that because the report is only visible in the Settings console, users who do not have admin permissions will be unable to view the report.
To run the report:
- Select the Organisation you want to run the report for using the Firm drop down menu. If you have admin access to multiple Organisations, you can run the report for all of them, or just one.
- You can filter the report to view activity relating to just one user account by using the Email drop down menu. Otherwise, you can run the report to view activity for all user emails.
The filter will include all changes to the user account chosen from the drop down menu, including changes to their email address.
If changing the filter after having run the report, please note that you will need to click RUN again to see the desired output.
- Enter the reporting period using the From and To fields. You can use the calendar tool, or type in the dates. Please note that you won't be able to view any information from before 25th August 2025.
- Click RUN.
To download the report, click DOWNLOAD at the bottom of the screen. This will download the report as a CSV file.
