The IFRS Settings Report is a new report in OneLease, specifically designed to easily show the IFRS 16 judgements made across your Agreements. The Report will show data from the Initial IFRS 16 Questionnaire, as well as changes that have been made through the IFRS 16 Settings Change Questionnaire.
If you have previously requested this report from our Support Team, you may be familiar with how it works. However, there have been a couple of updates recently, so this article will guide you through generating the report yourself, understanding the results, and saving this report as a template and/or preset.
Running the IFRS Settings Report
To run the IFRS Settings Report:
- Navigate to the Reports page in OneLease and select the IFRS Settings Report.

- Select whether you want to report on All Agreements, or filter your Report using Selected Agreements or Filter Groups.

- Click Run Report.

- You'll see the message “Your report is ready to download” once it has been generated. Click Download.

- You'll then have the option to download the report in either CSV or Excel format. The report will save to your default Downloads location.

Logs
When you generate the IFRS Settings Report, it is useful to check the reporting Logs. They will show you which of your Agreements have successfully pulled through to the report you've generated, and provide a reason for any Agreements that don't show up.

Understanding the Report
Once downloaded, you will be able to see the IFRS 16 Judgements for each Agreement included in the report.
The first row for each Agreement will show the commencement-level judgements as entered into the Initial IFRS 16 Questionnaire. If a judgement has been changed on any Agreement using the IFRS 16 Settings Change Questionnaire, the new information will be displayed in subsequent rows.
Here is some information on the columns in the report:
Column A
- Shows the Agreement ID.
Column B
- Shows the Known As / Agreement Name.
Column C
- Each Agreement will have a line that shows ‘Initial’ in the Event Date column. This is to show the judgements that were made/known at the Commencement or Transition Date of the Agreement, and were thus entered into the Initial IFRS 16 Questionnaire.
- If the IFRS 16 Settings Change Questionnaire has been used on an Agreement, this column will display the date of the Event on which the Questionnaire was accessed.
Columns D to BQ
- These columns will show your IFRS 16 judgements as recorded in the Initial IFRS 16 Questionnaire and/or the IFRS 16 Settings Change Questionnaire.
Check out our article on Understanding the IFRS Settings Report for a deeper dive into the information that is shown in each column of the report.
Saving the Report as a Preset
Like some of our other Financial Reports in OneLease, you can save the IFRS Settings Report as a Preset. This is useful if you've set up the report with particular Agreement Filters.
Check out our article on Saving a Configuration (Preset) of your Reports for more details.
